Born and educated in Warnambool, Pat moved to Ballarat to live before coming to Bendigo where he worked for 35 years as a legal executive, handling probate & conveyancing in the CBD. Pat became a Director of Luke Goggin Real Estate 25 years ago and has been an integral part of its operation. Aside from Real Estate, Pat has been successful in many other areas. He was a Director of North West Country Credit for 20 yers and Chairman five times. He has also been a member on the State Executive for Solicitors Mortgage Investment Company.

Pat has five children and lives in Spring Gully with his wife Marguerita.
